Ritalin is not working as it is meant to, at 30mg. Concerta doesn't seem like an option given it's the same active ingredient, just release differently. Going back to the neurologist makes me anxious. I think I have hit a wall in dealing with ADHD. Probably I will have to talk to a psychiatrist about antidepressants.
I have been avoiding this situation for so long but I don't think I can put it off any longer. Even knowing that it might not help or even make things worse, I have to try. And it is making me very anxious because I don't like the idea of adding another medication to my cocktail.
